Jaybird Jives uses an internal business application to manage authorized Jaybird Jives social media accounts and related marketing activity.
The application is operated by Diverse Harvest Homestead LLC dba JaybirdJives and is not offered as a public service for customers to connect their own social media accounts.
Requesting Deletion
If you are an authorized account holder and would like information associated with a connected social media account deleted, please email:

Social Media Data Deletion Request
Please include:
- The social media platform involved, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok
- The username, Page name, or account name associated with the connection
- Any other information reasonably necessary to identify the applicable connection
Jaybird Jives may request additional information to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
What May Be Deleted
Depending on the applicable connection and request, eligible information may include:
- Social media account identifiers
- Account or profile information received through the platform API
- Stored access or refresh credentials
- Connection records
- Draft social media content
- Locally stored unpublished marketing media
- Other eligible information received through the connected social media account
When a connection is deleted or revoked, associated access credentials will be removed from active use.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, troubleshooting, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Previously Published Content
Deleting information from Jaybird Jives systems does not necessarily delete content that has already been published to Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, or another third-party platform.
Published content may need to be removed separately through the applicable platform.
Other Ways to Revoke Access
You may also revoke an application’s access through the settings provided by the applicable social media platform.
Revoking access prevents the application from making future authorized API requests using that connection.
