Made-to-Order Processing
Every item is made to order after your purchase is submitted.
Orders usually move into production shortly after they are placed. Production generally takes 2–5 business days, although some items may be ready sooner and others may occasionally take longer depending on the product, production location, order volume, and time of year.
Processing times may be extended during holidays and other high-volume periods.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates include both production and shipping time and are estimates only. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier delays, weather, service disruptions, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of my control may affect delivery after an order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Jaybird Jives uses simplified flat-rate shipping rather than charging the full fulfillment shipping cost on each item.
United States & Puerto Rico

- Free shipping on orders of $75 or more
Canada
- $7.99 flat-rate shipping
- Free shipping on orders of $75 or more
Other International Destinations
- $11.99 flat-rate shipping
- Free shipping is not currently offered outside the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
The shipping charge shown at checkout is the total shipping amount charged by Jaybird Jives for that order. You will not be charged additional shipping later if an order ships in multiple packages.
Some products or sizes may have destination-specific shipping restrictions. If an item cannot be shipped to the address provided, I will contact you and the affected item or order will be cancelled and refunded as appropriate.
Tracking
You will receive tracking information when it becomes available for your shipment.
Jaybird Jives uses multiple production locations and shipping carriers depending on the product and destination. Tracking activity may not appear immediately after a tracking number is created, and some carriers update tracking more consistently than others.
Multiple Packages
Items in the same order may ship separately because different products can be produced and shipped from different locations.
When this happens, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout.
Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order.
Address corrections and cancellations must be requested immediately. Because orders can move into production quickly through an automated process, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
Jaybird Jives is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of an incomplete or incorrect address supplied at checkout. Replacement costs or additional shipping charges caused by an address error may be the customer’s responsibility.
Delayed or Missing Packages
Tracking can sometimes update slowly, especially during holidays, international transit, or when a shipment is transferred between carriers. A temporary lack of movement does not necessarily mean a package is lost.
For packages marked delivered, please first check:
- Around the delivery location
- With other members of the household
- With nearby neighbors
- With the carrier shown in the tracking information
A package marked delivered by the carrier is not automatically eligible for a refund or free replacement.

International Orders
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless a tax, duty, or similar charge is specifically shown as collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping amount paid to Jaybird Jives and are the customer’s responsibility.
Customs processing may also delay delivery beyond the original estimate.
Availability can vary by product, size, production location, and destination. In the uncommon event that an order cannot be fulfilled to a particular international address, I will contact you and issue the appropriate cancellation and refund.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because the item is already being made specifically for the customer.
All purchases are final except when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect. See the Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
